Welcome to Access Code:. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the platform. By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
Access Code: is a curated membership platform offering access to selected events, curator's picks, a member community, and a digital member card. The platform reflects a single editorial standard, and the content, events, and experiences available are chosen at our discretion.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You agree to provide accurate information, to keep your login credentials secure, and to be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. We may decline, suspend, or revoke membership at our discretion.
The platform offers two tiers. Access Pass is a free membership with limited access to curated content. Access Code is a paid membership that unlocks the full experience at $19 per month.
Paid memberships are billed in advance on a recurring basis through our payment provider, Stripe, until cancelled. Founding members who join at the founding rate keep that rate for as long as their membership remains continuously active. You may cancel at any time; cancellation stops future renewals, and access continues through the end of the current billing period. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.
You may not misuse the platform, attempt to gain unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, or use it in any way that harms other members or the integrity of the service. You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms.
Access Code: is a curated community. By participating you agree to follow our Community Standards — be respectful, post authentically, and do not share content that is unlawful, harassing, hateful, deceptive, or spam. We may remove content and moderate, suspend, or remove members who violate these standards.
You retain ownership of the content you post to the Community. By posting, you grant Access Code: a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and moderate that content within the platform. You are responsible for the content you share and confirm you have the right to share it.
"Access Code:"™, the logo, the wordmark, and all associated branding are trademarks of D'Asia Simone, a sole proprietorship, which claims trademark rights in these marks under common law.
All curated content and the design of this platform are copyrighted. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the platform, its content, or its branding without prior written permission.
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or our Community Standards, or if we discontinue the platform. Upon termination, your right to access the platform ends, though certain provisions — such as intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability — survive.
The platform and all curated content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Events, offers, and recommendations are provided for your convenience, and we do not guarantee the availability, quality, or outcome of any third-party event, venue, or offer.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Access Code: and its owner shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the platform.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of the platform will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in California.
We may update these terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the effective date and, where appropriate, notify you. Your continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
