The Access Code: Giveaway (the "Sweepstakes") is sponsored and administered by D'Asia Simone ("Sponsor"), operator of Access Code:, based in Los Angeles, California. Questions may be directed to [email protected].
The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Individuals directly involved in the administration or fulfillment of the Sweepstakes, as well as members of their immediate families or households, are not eligible. The Sweepstakes is void where prohibited or restricted by law.
The Sweepstakes begins on August 18, 2026 at 12:00 PM Pacific Time ("PT") and ends on August 31, 2026 at 11:59 PM PT (the "Sweepstakes Period"). Entries submitted before or after the Sweepstakes Period will not be eligible.
No purchase or payment is necessary to enter or win. During the Sweepstakes Period, an eligible participant may receive one (1) base entry by completing all of the following: (1) Follow @accesscodeco on Instagram; (2) Follow @dasiasimone on Instagram; (3) Create a free Access Code: account at accesscode.co; and (4) Tag three (3) Instagram accounts in a comment on the official Sweepstakes post published by @accesscodeco. Limit one (1) base entry per eligible person.
An eligible entrant may receive one (1) additional entry by sharing the official Sweepstakes post to their Instagram Story during the Sweepstakes Period. Private account holders must DM @accesscodeco a screenshot of the qualifying Story while active. Limit one (1) Story bonus entry per person. Maximum: two (2) entries per person.
A purchase is not required to enter or win. Purchasing an Access Code: membership will not provide additional entries, increase odds of winning, affect the drawing, or otherwise provide an advantage. Any membership offer during the Sweepstakes Period is a separate commercial promotion. Participation in any paid membership offer is entirely optional and has no effect on Sweepstakes eligibility or winner selection.
Entrants may not use multiple identities, accounts, or other methods to circumvent entry limits. Automated, fraudulent, or duplicate entries are prohibited. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entry that violates these Official Rules.
Three (3) prizes will be awarded. Grand Prize — One (1) Winner: one (1) year of Access Code: membership (ARV: $192) and one (1) $100 Visa digital gift card (ARV: $100). Total Grand Prize ARV: $292. Second Prize — One (1) Winner: six (6) months of Access Code: membership (ARV: $114) and one (1) $50 Visa digital gift card (ARV: $50). Total Second Prize ARV: $164. Third Prize — One (1) Winner: three (3) months of Access Code: membership (ARV: $57). Total Third Prize ARV: $57. Total ARV of all prizes: $513. Prizes may not be transferred, assigned, or redeemed for cash. Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value.
Existing members may enter provided they meet all eligibility requirements. If a winner has an active paid membership, the complimentary period will be added to the end of their current paid term. Previously paid fees will not be refunded.
On or about September 2, 2026, Sponsor will conduct a random drawing from all eligible entries. Three (3) potential winners will be selected at random. Odds depend on total eligible entries received.
Potential winners will be notified on or before September 4, 2026 by direct message from @accesscodeco and/or by email. Access Code: will never require a winner to provide payment, a credit card number, or any fee to claim a prize. Potential winners must respond within forty-eight (48) hours. Failure to respond may result in forfeiture and selection of an alternate winner.
Potential winners may be required to provide legal name, age, state of residence, email address associated with their Access Code: account, and Instagram username used to enter. An entrant is not an official winner until eligibility and compliance are verified.
Access Code: membership prizes will be applied within approximately seven (7) business days following verification. Visa digital gift cards will be delivered electronically within approximately seven (7) business days following verification.
Winners are solely responsible for any taxes arising from acceptance or use of a prize. Sponsor will provide required tax reporting documentation.
Information collected in connection with the Sweepstakes will be used to administer the Sweepstakes, verify eligibility, contact winners, deliver prizes, and comply with legal obligations. Information provided when creating an Access Code: account is subject to the Access Code: Privacy Policy at accesscode.co/privacy. Creating a free account does not require purchasing a paid membership.
Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to announce a winner's first name, Instagram username, city, and state without additional compensation.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, by participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and any individuals or service providers involved in administration or fulfillment of the Sweepstakes from claims, liabilities, losses, damages, costs, or expenses arising from participation or acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of a prize. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, or undelivered entries; technical failures; or other errors affecting administration of the Sweepstakes.
This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Meta Platforms, Inc. By entering, participants acknowledge they are providing information to Sponsor and not to Instagram or Meta Platforms, Inc. Questions must be directed to Sponsor.
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who has violated these Official Rules, provided false information, attempted fraudulent or automated entries, or otherwise materially interfered with the fair operation of the Sweepstakes.
Sponsor reserves the right, subject to applicable law, to suspend, modify, or terminate the Sweepstakes if circumstances outside Sponsor's reasonable control materially affect the fairness, integrity, or administration of the Sweepstakes.
The Sweepstakes and these Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any legal proceeding shall be brought in Los Angeles County, California.
To request winners' names, send a request to [email protected] with the subject line "Access Code: Giveaway Winners" within sixty (60) days following the conclusion of the Sweepstakes.
Participation constitutes agreement to these Official Rules. Sponsor's decisions are final and binding to the extent permitted by law. If any provision is invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
